its freezing out here in seattle (its been 16/17 F in the mornings...WHATT?), and im sure coco's walliworld is just as cold if not worse.
on top of the crazy coldness out there, its THAT time in the quarter, meaning last minute cramming before finals. im lucky to have only one exam and one paper left to write.
anyway, to give myself a little break from studying, i went to whole foods after class!!! hands down- the best way to cure the monday blues. as i can only eat so much, i took note of some stuff i want to try next and left smiling with two big fat paper bags of grocery.
what to do with the food i got? cook dinner of course. i made myself some RIGATONI CHAMPIGNONS!!! my goal was to make them as close to the ones served on rue cler in paris (going through a little paree reminiscence stage these days).
voila, i think i did pretty good :D
the rosemary roll from essential bakery goes perfectly with the pasta
