char&jr time.

some of you may know that coco is currently at summer school in ROMA, ITALY. her and mama chen left last wednesday and junior and i stayed behind at home fort. basically, its been brother sister quality time for the past week but mama chen is coming back friday!
its hard kid-sitting for 9 days!! junior is a very sweet boy but he can be one demanding kid- 3+meals a day, ping pong games, chauffer him to friend's place, have his friends over....oh and lets not forget the 2 books bedtime stories (my throat is still dried)!!! most unforgivable? he loves hanging out at home and won't get coffee with me in the morning.
regardless, jr and i most definitely bonded. we now have not just one but several inside jokes. we even go on road rages together driving through the city (we yell at mopeds and taxis, in the car of course). we also suffered a massive attack from a mosquito family over the weekend. my polka dotty arms are evidence. grandpa came over and helped us kill prolly around 50 of them one morning. goodies.
i've came to the conclusion that its hard and tres stressful taking care of children no matter how well-mannered they might be. there is just so much responsibility involved. personally, i think "mother" should be the highest paid job on the earth.
